Shipping & Returns Policy
Shipping
Harrington Bay products are prepared and shipped with care to ensure they arrive fresh and in excellent condition. During checkout, you may select a preferred delivery week for your order. We will schedule your shipment so that it arrives during the week you selected. Please note that we cannot guarantee exact delivery times or dates within that week, as final delivery is handled by UPS.
If no delivery week is selected during checkout, your order will be shipped as soon as it is ready, using standard UPS shipping services. Typical transit times may vary depending on your location and UPS schedules.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email. We encourage you to monitor your tracking details and ensure someone is available to receive the package, as our products are perishable and cannot be left unattended for extended periods.
Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Packages
We carefully package all products, but once your order is handed to UPS, we cannot control transit conditions or delays. Harrington Bay is not responsible for delivery delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other unforeseen events. If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive during the scheduled delivery week, please contact us immediately so we can assist in filing a claim with UPS or discuss potential remedies.
If UPS marks your package as “delivered” but it cannot be located, you will need to follow up directly with UPS to resolve the matter. We cannot provide refunds or replacements for packages confirmed delivered by the carrier.
Returns
Fresh, perishable wreaths can’t be returned – but every order is backed by our 100% Happiness Guarantee. Love it or we’ll replace it or refund you.
Because our products are custom and perishable, Harrington Bay generally does not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final once an order is placed.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to deny or approve any exception to this policy. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us promptly with details and, if possible, photos. We will review your request and determine whether a replacement or other solution is appropriate.
Refunds and Replacements
Fresh, perishable wreaths can’t be returned – but every order is backed by our 100% Happiness Guarantee. Love it or we’ll replace it or refund you.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please allow several business days for the transaction to be processed by your financial institution. Approved replacements will be shipped as quickly as possible, subject to product availability and production scheduling.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been scheduled for production or shipment. Once production or scheduling has begun, cancellations cannot be accepted. Please contact us immediately if you need to request a cancellation.
Agreement
By placing an order with Harrington Bay, you acknowledge and agree to this Shipping & Returns Policy. We encourage all customers to review these terms prior to purchase.
